Amrut Biodiversity Park a step towards cleaner Delhi, PM Modi’s green vision: Delhi LG

Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Vinai Kumar Saxena inaugurated the Amrut Biodiversity Park, near Khel Gaon in New Delhi yesterday. Speaking to the media, Mr Saxena said that the government is trying to provide a clean environment to the people of Delhi. He further added that the inauguration of this park is a step towards the commitment of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to improve air quality and



increase the green cover in the city.

Amrut Biodiversity Park depicts the struggle of India’s Independence Movement. The park has five thematic tracks showcasing the struggle and sacrifices made by freedom fighters. The Amrut Biodiversity Park also features wetlands, grasslands, and other thematic gardens.
