Vijayawada: Union home minister Amit Shah’s visit to Visakhapatnam to address a public meeting to mark the completion of nine years of the BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the country has been deferred to June 11 from 8.

AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju, who was looking after arrangements

for the conduct of a public meeting to be addressed by Amit Shah, said on Monday that the Union home minister would attend the public meeting on June 11 as he was preoccupied with official programmes to attend the public meeting on June 8 as per the schedule fixed earlier.
