Air India Express Issues Response 'Passengers Standing Inside Flight'

Air India Express responded to a video showing several passengers standing inside a flight while it was moving on the runway, which went viral on social media. 

The video was posted by Amitava Das, who questioned the airline’s safety standards after passengers were seen standing inside the aircraft. Here is the video.

Responding to the post on X, Air India Express said, “We sincerely regret any concern caused by the situation observed onboard



flight IX 1236. Please be assured that safety remains our highest priority, and all operations are conducted in accordance with applicable safety procedures and regulatory requirements.” 

The airline further said, “Our crew is trained to ensure that all safety protocols are followed throughout the journey and to address any situation that may arise onboard. We appreciate you taking the time to share your observation and thank you for your understanding.”
