4 Killed as Speeding Truck Rams Wedding Party Near Kambham, AP

At least 4 people were killed and eight others seriously injured after a speeding truck rammed into a wedding party near Kambham in Markapuram district on the Amaravati–Anantapur National Highway on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Alakananda (19), Ankalu
(20), Nagesh, and two-year-old Chinnari.

Several others suffered serious injuries and were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Among the injured is Veerakka, the bride’s mother, whose condition is reported to be critical.
