The 25th National Conference on e-Governance will begin in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir today, November 26.

Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances DARPG and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology in association with the Government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is organizing the two-day conference. 

Interacting with media at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra Secretary DARPG V. Srinivas said, the Conference will be inaugurated by Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh. He said, today on Constitution Day,



Dr. Singh will administer a reading of the Preamble to the Constitution with all the participants during the Inaugural Session of the 25th NCeG.

The Secretary said this conference will be a platform for discussion on some of these technologies by inviting distinguished speakers to share their knowledge and insights on the subject. 

He said, Delegates from Central Ministries and Departments and 28 States, and 8 Union Territories have confirmed their participation in the Conference. Mr. Srinivas said, over 1600 delegates are expected to attend this Conference.
