12 Farm Workers Injured, 6 Critical After Auto Overturns In AP

Twelve farm labourers were seriously injured after the auto they were travelling in overturned in Nagayalanka mandal in the district on Wednesday. Six of them are said to be in critical condition. 

As per reports, the workers from Ganapeswaram village were returning after harvesting maize in an agricultural field at Gorikapudi in Bapatla district.

As the



auto approached the Saibaba temple in Nagayalanka, the driver swerved to avoid a collision with a bike coming from the opposite direction, causing the auto to overturn and fall onto the road. 

The critically injured workers were shifted to the Machilipatnam Government Hospital for treatment, while another five people are being treated at Avanigadda Government Hospital.
