Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam (TTD) Chairman B. R. Naidu on Monday arranged a special VIP break darshan of Lord Venkateswara for a 116-year-old devotee, Navaneethamma, along with her family members.
Following the darshan, TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravi Chandra organised Vedic blessings for the devotee at the Ranganayakula Mandapam. Navaneethamma was honoured with silk robes and presented with teertha prasadam. The EO also sought her blessings on the
occasion.
Speaking later, her grandson Dikpathi expressed gratitude to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and its chairman for fulfilling his grandmother’s lifelong wish of having darshan of Lord Venkateswara.
Naidu also thanked social media users and TTD vigilance officials for helping identify the elderly devotee promptly.
He said fulfilling the lifelong wish of a devotee brought immense satisfaction and joy to everyone involved.
