UK, Qatar call for de-escalation, diplomacy amid Israel-Iran conflict

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani have stressed the need for de-escalation and diplomacy amid the Israel-Iran conflict.
