Russian, North Korean officials to meet in Moscow

Russian and North Korean officials will meet in Moscow today to discuss the North Korea nuke crisis. Russia's Foreign Ministry said Oleg Burmistrov, Russia's ambassador-at-large, will meet Choe Son-hui of North Korea's foreign ministry.
