Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir is likely to travel to Tehran on Thursday as negotiations for peace talks continue, according to Iranian news agency.
The agency reported that Munir?s visit is part of ongoing talks and consultations with Iranian officials amid mediation efforts between Tehran and Washington.

According to ISNA, President Pezeshkian discussed the latest regional developments, the status of indirect talks between Iran and the United States, and the process of diplomatic consultations during his meeting with Naqvi.
The diplomatic activity comes as US President Donald Trump continues to pressure Iran to commit to a peace agreement amid rapidly evolving developments in West Asia.
