International Women's Day being celebrated across country

International Women’s Day is being celebrated today. The Day is observed every year to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

The

United Nations has designated this year's theme as ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’ with a focus on addressing economic disempowerment, while the campaign theme for this year is ‘Inspire Inclusion’.
