US President Donald Trump has said he will not attend the G20 Summit to be held in South Africa later this month, questioning the country’s membership in the grouping of major economies.

South Africa, which assumed the year-long G20 Presidency on December 1, 2024, will host the Summit in Johannesburg from November 22



to 23, the first time the meeting of G20 leaders will be held on African soil.
