Four dead in Strasbourg's Christmas market shooting in France

In France, the death toll has risen to four in a gunshot in Strasbourg on the German border.

French security forces said, the killing took place near Strasbourg’s Christmas market which draws millions of tourists every year in which 12 people were also injured. The city mayor



Roland Ries said, three or four of the injured are in critical condition.

France remains on high after suffering a wave of attacks commissioned or inspired by Islamic State militants in 2015 and 2016 which killed more than 200 people
