First elected President of Myanmar Htin Kyaw to be sworn-in today

In Myanmar, new President, Htin Kyaw, will be sworn-in today. His party National League for Democracy won about 80 per cent of the votes in the general

elections. 69-year old Htin Kyaw will be the first democratically elected President and the first President from NLD in more than 50 years.
