Death toll from novel coronavirus rises to 79 in Italy

In Italy, death toll from the novel coronavirus has risen to 79. More than 2,500 people are infected with the COVID-19, the highest in any European country.

Authorities said, 27 people have died



since Monday. Most of the deaths - 55 - have been recorded in the northern Lombardy region around Milan, while Bologna's Emilia-Romagna region has reported 18 deaths.
