Forty-three Islamic State (IS) terrorists have been killed in cross-border shelling by Iraqi forces on the terror group's positions inside Syria.

Army sources said the paramilitary Hashd Shaabi artillery carried out precise shelling on

a hideout in al-Baghouz yesterday. The shelling came after intelligence reports were received indicating that the Daesh IS terrorists were preparing an attack on Iraqi security forces on the border between Iraq and Syria.
