26-year-old student of Andhra Dies In United States

A 26-year-old student Iraganaboyina Chandu from Andhra Pradesh ended his life in the United States due to continuous stress after failing to secure a job, according to reports. 

Hailing from Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh, Chandu completed his master’s degree from a Chicago-based DePaul University, a few weeks ago. 

The reports said that Chandu was searching for a job for several weeks. However, he could not



secure one prompting him to slip into depression.

The reports further stated that Chandu had been under reeling under strain emotionally and added that he was allegedly upset for being dependent on his family in Kurnool to meet his expenses. 

In US, the members of the Indian community began a fundraiser with an aim to generate $1,20,000 to extend necessary support to the family in bringing Chandu's body to Kurnool.
