Woman dies in a road accident at Banjara Hills

Hyderabad: A woman software employee was run over by a TSRTC city bus at Banjara Hills here on Tuesday afternoon.

The victim, identified as Sohini Saxena, was working with Tata Consultancy Services Limited and was going on a scooter when the TSRTC bus (AP 12 Z 1217), belonging to Barkatpura bus depot, hit the scooter from behind and ran over



her, killing her on the spot.

The woman was going from Masab Tank towards Banjara Hills Road No 12 graveyard side when the incident happened.

Angered over the incident, irate public damaged the window panes of the TSRTC bus and thrashed the bus driver.
