Restrictions are in place on entry of visitors along with on the sale of visitors’ entry tickets to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Shamshabad here.According to an official tweet from the RGIA, the restrictions, to be in effect till January 30, were as per a security advisory issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) to all Indian airports.
During this period, it is advised that those accompanying passengers come only till the car park area of the airport, the communique said, adding that it would be advisable for passengers to reach the airport well in advance to avoid any inconvenience and last minute rush.
