The Hyderabad Runners Society conducted the 7th edition of the OK Kids Graduation Run, featuring about 300 children from government schools here on Tuesday.
The run marked the grand finale of an eight-week Outdoor Kids Summer Camp, a unique initiative designed to build healthy habits, instill fitness awareness, and nurture self-confidence in children aged 6 to
14.
The runners from 10 government schools were trained under Hyderabad Runners’ flagship social impact program and were introduced to the fundamentals of physical literacy through structured training sessions. They proudly crossed the finish line alongside their peers. All Project Champion participants were also gifted school bags and running shoes to support their journey beyond the event.4
