The Hyderabad Traffic Police on Tuesday caught a two-wheeler rider who had 130 pending challans worth Rs.35,950 for violating various traffic rules since 2017.

The rider was caught during a routine vehicle inspection at the Jubilee Hills

The challans were issued for speed driving, wrong parking and driving without a helmet. The traffic police seized the vehicle after the rider, Vijay, said to be working for a software company in Madhapur, reportedly refused to pay the fine.
