Two groups clash at Jubilee Hills pub, 3 cases booked

Two people were injured in a brawl at a pub in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills, officials said. The incident took place during the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday at a pub located in a hotel in the Jubilee Hills area, where two groups reportedly clashed, resulting in damage to property and parked vehicles and injuries to two people.

Telangana Congress Rajya Sabha member Anil Kumar Yadav’s brother Arvind Yadav was also present during the scuffle. Police have registered three



separate cases in connection with the incident. 

Two cases were registered against the groups involved in the clash, while another case was filed against the management of the pub — Cara Cara Pub — for allegedly operating beyond the permitted hours, officials said.

The situation reportedly turned violent when the two groups clashed inside the pub. Bouncers intervened after the establishment’s property was allegedly vandalised during the altercation.
