TSRTC offers free bus ride to senior citizens on Ugadi festival

Individuals over the age of 65 can travel for free on Saturday using the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) bus services. 

“This Ugadi, TSRTC offers free bus rides to senior citizens (65+) as a sign of respect for your endless loyalty,” said VC and managing director, TSRTC, VC Sajjanar.  He added that citizens should use the service



to reach their destinations safely and celebrate the festival with their families.

 

From Palle Velugu to Multi Axle Garuda buses, senior citizens can commute to all services for free on the day of the festival.  Individuals must carry their Aadhaar card or any other identity card to confirm their age.
