Khammam: As many as 10 passengers onboard an RTC bus suffered injuries when the vehicle rolled over, by the side of the road at Ambedkar Nagar in Tallada mandal in the district.

The incident occurred during the wee hours of Sunday when the driver of the bus tried to avoid a pothole on the road and lost control of the vehicle. There were around 30 passengers in the bus going to



Hyderabad from Kothagudem.

Wyra Inspector of Police Vasanth Kumar, SI M Suresh and the village sarpanch Jonnalagadda Kiran Babu reached the spot on learning about the accident. They shifted the injured to the District Hospital in Khammam for treatment.

Later in the day the bus was lifted using cranes and the road was cleared for the traffic.
