Traffic restrictions around Charminar in view of Miss World Heritage Walk

The Hyderabad Traffic Police announced restrictions around Charminar in view of the 72nd Miss World 2025 Heritage Walk at Charminar and Welcome Dinner at Chowmahalla Palace, on Tuesday.

The traffic movement on the roads leading from Madina to Charminar, Charminar to Shalibanda, Shalibanda (Rajesh Medical Hall) to Volga Junction and Volga Junction to Moosabowli via Khilwat Road will be restricted for all types of vehicular movement from 2 pm to 11 pm on Tuesday.

The traffic coming from Nayapul towards Charminar will be diverted at Madina junction towards City College and traffic from Nagulchintha/Shalibanda areas towards Charminar will be diverted at Himmatpura Junction, towards Hari Bowli and Volga Junction to Fateh Darwaza

Traffic from Himmatpura will not be allowed towards Chowmahalla Palace and will be diverted to Volga Junction towards Fateh Darwaza and traffic from Fateh Darwaza will be diverted towards Himmatpura vice versa. Traffic from Chowk Maidan towards Charminar will be diverted at Chowk Maidan towards Kotla Alija or Moghalpura side.

The TSRTC Buses coming towards Charminar will be terminated at Afzalgunj and city buses coming from Falaknuma towards Charminar will be diverted at Shamsheergunj towards Tadban. The buses going to districts via Nayapul, Madina from MGBS, Imlibun, will proceed via Chaderghat Rotary- Nalgonda X – Chanchalguda junction – Saidabad T junction – I.S Sadan – DMRL Junction – Midhani junction – MBNR Fly over – Bandlaguda – towards Aramghar.
