The Hyderabad Traffic Police have announced traffic restrictions and diversions for the Sri Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu in Secunderabad.

The festival will be held from August 2 to August 4, with traffic curbs coming into effect from 12 am on August 2 and continuing until 3 am on August 4, or until the conclusion of the festivities.

A 2 km around the temple is expected to witness road closures and diversions.

authorities said traffic congestion is expected at Karbala Maidan, Ranigunj, Old PS Ramgopalpet, Paradise, CTO Junction, Plaza, SBI Crossroads, YMCA Crossroads, St. John’s Rotary, Sangeet Crossroads, Patny, Park Lane, Bata, Ghasmandi, Bible House, Minister’s Road and Rasoolpura.

Also, roads leading to the temple from Tobacco Bazar and Hamali Statue, Subhash Road between Bata Crossroads and Rocha Bazar, Road from Hill Street via Adavaiah Crossroads to the temple will be closed.
