Traffic Home Guard killed in road crash in Miyapur

As per available information, Simhachalam, the traffic home guard and Rajavardhan, a constable who were on night duty were allegedly taking a ‘U’ turn at Miyapur Metro Pillar No.



600, when a speeding lorry hit them.

While, Simhachalam suffered grievous injuries and died on spot in the accident, another constable, Rajavardhan, was seriously injured and was rushed to a local hospital.

The Miyapur police have registered a case and are investigating.
