Traffic curbs near Raj Bhavan in view of Republic Day celebrations

The traffic police announced traffic restrictions/diversions in view of Republic Day celebrations at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday.

The traffic, on need basis, will be diverted or stopped at Monappa Island and VV Statue junction at Punjagutta between 6 a. and 9 am, while the Punjagutta – Raj Bhavan quarters road will be closed for general traffic.

Parking



arrangements were made for vehicles as – Gate No-III to Administrative Block for Judges, MPs, MLAs and MLCs vehicles, Dilkusha guest house for media vehicles, Metro Residency to NASR School and Lake View to VV Statue Junction for single line parking.

The police requested citizens to take alternate routes to their destinations and avoid the Raj Bhavan road during the specified timings.
