Three-car collision causes traffic jam on PVNR Expressway

A major traffic jam was reported on the PVNR Express Highway following a collision involving three cars near Pillar Number 112 on Tuesday early hours.

The vehicles reportedly rammed into each other, triggering congestion that stretched for several kilometres.

Traffic police rushed to the spot soon after the



accident and took up measures to regulate vehicular movement.

Passengers in the cars suffered minor injuries and were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police personnel clear the damaged vehicles and eased the traffic, which was gradually restored. They are investigating the exact cause of the crash.
