TGSPDCL Introduces Advanced Tree Pruners for Safer Operations

To ensure safer, faster and environmentally friendly tree trimming operations near power lines, TGSPDCL has introduced advanced battery-powered professional tree pruners into its field operations. 

In this regard, a special demonstration programme was conducted on Monday near Sreenikethan, Aurora Colony, Banjara Hills, showcasing the usage, performance, advantages and unique features of battery-powered tree



pruners and bucket ladder vehicles compared with conventional petrol-powered equipment.

During the programme, representatives of STIHL and TGSPDCL officials demonstrated the performance, safety standards, ease of maintenance and environmental benefits of battery-powered equipment to media representatives. 

A live comparison between battery-powered and petrol-powered equipment was also presented.
