TGSPDCL CMD to Hold Interactive Session with Line Staff

With a commitment to ensuring employee safety, welfare, and accident-free power services, Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL) Chairman and Managing Director, Jitesh V. Patil, will conduct a special interactive session with field-level power employees on July 8, 2026, at the Central Power Training Institute (CPTI), Yousufguda, Hyderabad. 

The programme will be attended by 40 employees, comprising two representatives each from the 21 circles under TGSPDCL. The participants will include Linemen, Assistant Linemen, and



Junior Linemen.

The CMD will directly interact with them to understand the challenges they face in the field, safety-related concerns, operational difficulties, causes of electrical accidents, and measures required to prevent such incidents. 

The discussions will focus on safety standards to be followed while climbing electric poles, implementation of Line Clearance (LC) procedures, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), accident prevention measures, and safety protocols to be followed during emergency situations.
