TGNPDCL records peak power demand of 6574 MW

 The Telangana Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGNPDCL) Chairman and Managing Director Karnati Varun Reddy said a peak power demand of 6,574 MW was recorded on Friday in the company’s jurisdiction. This was the highest peak demand ever recorded in the



company’s limits to date, he said.

Power consumption within the company’s jurisdiction has been increasing steadily and setting new demand records. The peak power demand of 6,574 MW recorded on Friday surpassed Thursday’s record demand of 6,457 MW, he stated.
