Tension Grips Narsampet as RTC Driver’s Death Sparks Protest

Tension prevailed in Mutthojipet village of Narsampet mandal in Warangal district after RTC workers staged a protest over the death of driver Shankar Goud, who died by suicide. 

The workers demanded that his body be taken to the Narsampet depot to pay their last respects.

Peddi Sudarshan Reddy joined the protest and attempted to move the body along with the workers. Police intervened and detained Sudarshan Reddy, leading to a standoff as BRS leaders and workers blocked the police vehicle. 

A brief scuffle ensued between the protesters and the police, further escalating tensions in the area.
