After witnessing widespread heavy rainfall on Monday, Telangana is likely to receive another round of showers on Tuesday, marking the third consecutive day of significant rainfall across the state.
According to the latest weather forecast, moderate to widespread rain is expected over the next 24 hours in Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Mancherial, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla and Kamareddy districts.
Isolated heavy rainfall is also likely at one or two places in these
districts.
Scattered light to moderate rain is forecast for Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Narayanpet, Medak, Siddipet, Jangaon, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Mahabubabad and Bhadradri Kothagudem districts during the next 24 hours.
In Hyderabad, light drizzle is expected in the morning, followed by a spell of light to moderate rain from late afternoon into the night.
Residents have been advised to remain cautious, especially during peak commuting hours, as intermittent showers may lead to waterlogging and slow-moving traffic in low-lying areas.
