Telangana Police to Get Birthday, Marriage Anniversary Leave

As a significant welfare initiative aimed at enhancing morale and personal well-being of its staff, the police department has decided to grant leave to them on their birthdays and wedding anniversaries. 

Director-General of Police B Shivadhar Reddy issued a circular in this regard. In the circular, Reddy said the department decided to



grant leave to all the police personnel on the birthday and wedding anniversary of each staffer as a significant welfare initiative aimed at enhancing morale and personal well-being of the police force.

The move acknowledges the strenuous nature of policing and the immense personal sacrifices made by personnel in the discharge of their duties.
