IT Minister D Sridhar Babu said efforts were being made to facilitate students to download hall tickets of SSC, Intermediate, Post-graduation and other competitive examinations through WhatsApp. The service can be accessed round-the-clock over the social media messaging app number 8096958096.

The Minister launched MeeSeva Services on WhatsApp here on Tuesday. The initiative, developed in partnership with Meta and MeeSeva, enables citizens to access more than 580 services from 38 government departments directly via WhatsApp.

Speaking on the occasion, Sridhar Babu said the



WhatsApp-based MeeSeva services would soon be available in Telugu and Urdu, and voice-command features were being developed for hands-free access. The government also plans to expand the service to more departments in the coming months, he said.

The Minister further said that the government has set a target of training 10 lakh youth every year in Artificial Intelligence to prepare the workforce for emerging digital and global opportunities. He added that Telangana’s digital governance initiatives are attracting attention from several other States exploring similar technology-driven service delivery models.
