Telangana Housing Board has announced it would allot 339 single bedroom flats measuring 450 to 650 sq ft in Gachibowli, Warangal and Khammam, for Lower Income Groups (LIG) through a lucky draw.
They would be allotted to people with annual income not more than ₹6 lakh per annum (Rs 50,000 per month). Those interested can apply through MeeSeva or online (

The last
date to apply is January 3.
It was learnt that the flats in Gachibowli are near AIG Hospital, and in Warangal, nearly 1,000 metres from the Railway Station there. There are 111 such flats in Gachibowli, 126 in Khammam’s Sri Ram Hills and 102 near Warangal Railway Station.
While the price of the flats in Gachibowli is between Rs 26 lakh to Rs 36.20 lakh, it is Rs19 lakh-Rs21.50 lakh in Warangal and Rs11.25 lakh in Khammam.
