Deputy Chief Minister and Musi Cabinet Sub Committee Chairman Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said public opinions would be sought on the Musi Rejuvenation Project from March 31 to April 15.

Interested persons can share their views and opinions through email at musirrdc@gmail.com. All suggestions received online would be thoroughly analysed in consultation with officials, and the Sub-committee members would directly engage in phased consultations with those who provided their inputs, he assured.

Interestingly, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy after participating in the Musi project presentation on March 13 at Hotel Taj Krishna had said that people could share their suggestions and feedback at

The Deputy Chief Minister during a meeting here on Tuesday, stated that the Musi River rejuvenation works would be carried out in a democratic manner. Musi Cabinet Sub-committee Member and Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar also participated in the meeting, which was held to assess the progress of the project.

The Deputy Chief Minister instructed officials to prepare a comprehensive roadmap for the works to be undertaken covering Musi Phase-I and Phase-II. He advised officials to divide responsibilities and proceed efficiently.

He added that proper coordination must be ensured regarding Defence lands, consultations with displaced families, finalisation of construction designs, and discussions with bankers.
