Telangana Government on Wednesday signed two MOUs for setting up skill development centres in the aviation sector.According to an official release, the MoUs were signed at Aero India 2017, which is currently underway in Bangalore.
“During the day, the government of Telangana has signed two significant MoUs pertaining to setting up skill development facilities in Hyderabad,” it said.
“The first of them involves three partners besides the government, namely Airbus, National Skill Development Council, and Aero School Aquitaine



of France. This consortium will create a skill development Centre in the old airport of Begumpet, and will design engineering courses relevant for the industry,” the release said.Another MoU was signed with one of the leading aeronautical engineering universities in the world, Cranfield University of UK, it said.
The delegation from Telangana led by Minister of Industries and IT K T Rama Rao had a series of very productive meetings in the Aero India event organised by the Ministry of Defence in Bangalore, the statement said.
