The Telangana government has set up a control room to assist families following a boat capsize incident involving Indian tourists, including those from the state, near Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam. 

According to an official note issued by the General Administration (NRI) Department on July 11, the control room has been established to facilitate coordination and



provide information to the families of those affected. 

The government has also released helpline numbers for assistance: 9885371189, 7997959754, 9989654807 and 7997959779. 

Authorities said the initiative aims to ensure timely support and communication with families as more details about the incident continue to emerge.
