Telangana Govt Releases Over ₹51 Crore for Crop Loss Compensation

The Telangana state government has disbursed over ₹51 crore to more than 41,000 farmers across 29 districts as compensation for crop losses due to untimely rains and hailstorms in March and

April.

Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao has instructed officials to ensure swift payment transfers to the affected farmers’ bank accounts in coordination with relevant departments, with disbursements scheduled for next week.
