Telangana govt decides to join Centre's Ayushman Bharat Scheme

In Telangana, the State Government has decided to join the Central Government’s Ayushman Bharat Scheme. The State Medical and Health Department has signed an MoU with the National Health Authority to this effect. The Chief Minister’s Office informed that the State Medical and Health Department has



finalised the guidelines for the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme in the state. 

Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has instructed the officials concerned to ensure extending of the medical services in tune with the guidelines.
