Telangana govt announces exgratia 'Kurnool Bus Mishap'

Telangana government has announced an exgratia of Rs.5 lakh for each of the family of the deceased and Rs.2 lakh each for the injured in the Hyderabad-Bengaluru private bus fire mishap, which occurred in Kurnool district.

The exgratia is offered to the Telangana natives, who lost



their lives or suffered injuries in the mishap on Friday morning, Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar said in a statement.

The decision was taken following the instructions of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy. All measures were being taken to provide quality treatment to the injured, he said.
