Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy here on Tuesday asked the remaining Maoists leaders, who are hiding, to join the mainstream to lead to public life peacefully. 

Speaking at a meeting organized in connection with Police Commemoration Day at Goshamahal police stadium, “I appeal to you to join the mainstream of life. 

You all know that some key Maoist leaders have surrendered recently. I suggest that the remaining



Maoists who are in hiding should also join the mainstream of life and become partners in the development of the country.”

“Our government has recognized the efforts of the officers who have worked with commitment towards public welfare,” he said. 

Revanth Reddy said the Telangana police set an example for the country by giving postings to qualified women IPS officers in several key departments of the police department.
