Telangana CM calls on Governor T Soundararajan

Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao called on Governor  Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan at Raj Bhavan on Monday.

The meeting gained significance in the wake of the State government’s decision to revamp the irrigation department and also to take up construction of the new state-of-the -art  integrated Secretariat



complex.

Sources said that the Chief Minister appraised the Governor of the steps being taken to contain Covid-19  spread in the State. He also informed his interaction with  Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the phone on Sunday. The Prime Minister spoke with the Chief Minister regarding Covid-19 situation in the State.
