Telangana Assembly Speaker to hear defected MLAs case on Sept 29

Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar will hear the petitions related to the disqualification of defected Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLAs on Monday, September 29.

The petitioners in the case are BRS MLAs Kalvakuntla Sanjay, Chinta Prabhakar and



Palla Rajeshwar Reddy who will face a cross-examination by the respondent’s counsel (defected MLAs) on Monday.

The respondents, T Prakash Goud, K. Yadayya, Gudem Mahipal Reddy and Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy will be cross-examined on Wednesday, October 1.
