Passengers faced inconvenience at several Hyderabad Metro stations on Saturday following a technical glitch.

According to reports, the scanners at the entry and exit gates stopped functioning, leaving passengers unable to scan their QR codes to enter or exit the stations.

The disruption resulted in

long queues forming near the gates as commuters waited for the services to be restored.
