Task Force arrested minor boy with 48 kg marijuana in Nampally

The Task Force ( Khairatabad) team along with Abid Road police, arrested a minor boy an alleged interstate drug peddler in Nampally on Sunday.

Police seized 48 kg of marijuana worth Rs 24.5 lakh, packed in 24 packets and concealed in bags.

According to police, the juvenile allegedly procured



the marijuana from one Noushad alias Sunil and Rajesh of Visakhapatnam and was smuggling it to New Delhi on the instructions of Bandiya.

Ankit Kumar alias Shiva, who allegedly facilitated the deal, is also absconding. Efforts are on to nab him.

The Abid Road police are investigating.
