Substation operator critically injured after electric shock in Siddipet

A substation operator, Ramesh, 35, sustained serious injuries after coming into contact with live electric wires at the 33/11 KV substation at Habsipur in Dubbak mandal on Friday morning.

While the team was working to resolve technical glitches at the substation,



Ramesh accidentally came into contact with the live wires. He was provided first aid at a local hospital and later shifted to a corporate hospital in Hyderabad for better treatment.

His condition is said to be critical as he remained unconscious. The police registered a case.
