Sridhar Babu Offers Special Prayers at Akkanna Madanna Temple in Haribowli

As part of ashadam bonalu festivities, IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu, on behalf of the State government, offered silken robes to the presiding deity at the historic Sri Akkanna Madanna Mahankali Temple in Haribowli in Old City and performed special prayers. 

The Minister extended warm greetings to the people on the occasion of ashadam Bonalu. The Minister stated that offering silk robes at Sri Akkanna Madanna Temple was a rare privilege and a moment of spiritual fulfillment. The temple stands as a symbol of Hyderabad’s



historical depth, spiritual significance, and cultural vibrancy.

With the blessings of the Goddess and under the leadership of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Telangana is striving to emerge as a national role model - especially in the fields of Information Technology and industrial development. 

A statement issued here said bonalu was not merely a festival. It symbolizes Telangana’s unique way of life, centuries-old traditions, cultural richness, collective spirit, resilience, unity, self-respect, and historical pride.
